Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 1, 2026 • Governing Law: Jurisdiction of Uttarakhand, India
1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern all software engineering, website development, mobile application programming, desktop software compilation, cloud hosting, and technical consulting provided by Jayanti Cybernetics. Individual project specifications are formalized through written milestone Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon complete settlement of agreed project fees, 100% of the custom software code, visual assets, documentation, and database schemas created specifically for the client are transferred exclusively to the client. Jayanti Cybernetics retains no proprietary lock-in on custom-built client code.
3. Milestone Approvals & Testing
Projects are executed in transparent sprint milestones. Clients are provided with access to private staging URLs or test builds for review. Upon written milestone approval, development proceeds to subsequent stages.
4. Post-Launch Technical Warranty
Every delivered project includes an inclusive 30 to 60-day technical warranty against bugs, regressions, or deviations from the agreed technical specification. Ongoing maintenance past the warranty period is available through our dedicated Website & Software Maintenance plans.
